I am an independant Senior Project Manager specialising in Serialisation and Packaging line equipment in the Pharamceutical sector. I have 20 years experience of working for global companies (GSK, Hilton, Pfizer, E&Y, Arthur Andersen).

 

I have delivered both local and global projects implementations covering 200 items of Packaging Line equipment on various Serialisation projects. I have aslo delivered commercial web sites, a global corporate Intranet, and messgaing services.

 

I am passionate about delivering value and believe that success comes from managing the interaction of technology, people and processes

 

I have also run Service Delivery Teams and designed and implemented Project Portfolio governance process

 

I am Prince-2 (Practioner) trained and am a member of the British Computer Society
